Taking in consideration your reading assignments for this week, we see that humility is often a learned trait or characteristic, one learns as they move from a more self-interested and/or selfish life. Discuss how a leader can move along this continuum – how best can a person “learn about themselves” and become a less self-interested and selfish person and towards one who is more humble and kind. In particular, detail why strategies or tactics a person can take to better learn about themselves and become a better person.
