Write a study on the topic, “What Are the Five Principles of Effective Delegation?”

The skill I plan to work on is Delegation.
Goal is to complete 8pm initial medication administration within two hours by 10pm and have charting complete before the last hour of shift at 6am for each shift.
Plan: Delegate 3 task per shift for 3 shifts worked per week to PCT (personal care tec). Task include glucose checks, vital signs and assistance with ADLs
