Who or what do you think your nonprofit brand should partner with (an influencer or celebrity, digital media brand, traditional media brand, etc.) to produce some native content? Create a pitch for your ideainclude the upside for them. Present your pitch in a Powerpoint of no more than 10 slides, including your title and bibliography slides (googling pitch template might give you some ideas). Include the key elements of pitching a partnership, which is something we havent addressed in this class. This website (http://www.100open.com/toolkit_2/pitch-template/) offers a good list of the elements you should make sure to address in an initial pitch when proposing a new idea to a prospective partner. Think about Unique Selling Propositions and Key Consumer Benefits for each organization, as well as how you can position your idea in terms of the overlap between the two (including which stakeholders you are targeting). NOTE: Think about who is a suitable sponsor when you consider your organization’s mission, location, size, etc., as well as the sponsor themselves! Very rarely will a major sponsor like Oprah, Rihanna, or another very well known person be suitable. Think about artists/performers, companies, etc. that have a strong local connection, a strong connection to your issue, and are not unreachable.
