Essay – students will submit a Proposition or Opposition persuasive essay (i.e., one essay) on the motion.
It must be submitted as a Word Document, typed in either Calibri 11pt font or Times New Roman 12pt font, double-spaced, in MLA format. The essay should be 1700-2000 words and also include a Works Cited section at the end (which is not counted as part of the word limit). Your essay should make a complete argument either for (Proposition) or against (Opposition) the motion, using sourced evidence to substantiate your points.
