My group is in charge of a coming up with an Idea and coming up with a marketing plan for it. In week 1 we came up with the Executive Summary, Company Description, Strategic Mission and Focus, Goals, Core Competency, and Sustainable Competitive Advantage. Our product is called the iGame. I have attached the Draft of the group’s collaborative efforts so that you will have a base to work off of. The product iGame, is set to be a state of the art gaming console and is supposed to be very competitive against all the real gaming consoles.
