Reflective Workbook (1000 words, excluding the reference list and attachments/appendixes)
You will need to undertake separate reflective writing pieces in a workbook of your choice, prior to the final submission of this assessment. The workbook will not be marked and can be completed via audio, video, blogs, word documents, online portfolio, for example. Your regular reflections must align to the 5Rs model of no more than 250 words each. You are required to articulate your work experience in detail using the 5Rs model for reflection. For instance, your regular reflections can focus on key incidents that have occurred during your placement and/or focus on key learning connections that link to the first assessment around employability, professional or personal learning, and that had meaning to you.
You will then choose two of your best ‘reflective workbook’ examples to complete this assignment.
You will need to show evidence (see the rubric for more details) that you have completed a reflective workbook. For instance, you might decide to attach your workbook as an appendix to your assessment or you might like to invite the Unit Coordinator to review and provide feedback on your workbook. Or, you may decide to provide a URL link to show evidencixce of how you regularly reflected, using technology.
