Think of a project that you have worked on or anticipate working on and describe the organizational structure of the organization or company for which you are planning a project, this can be a place you have work at or planning on working for in the future, please use your imagination or perform some research. The idea is to apply the lessons learned from the Chapter / Lesson 4.
Describe as many of the organizational culture attributes as you can. List, by name, as many of the project executive, management, and team roles as you can identify. Be sure to assign role. How do you anticipate that the organizational structure, culture, and role assignments help or hurt your ability to successfully plan this project? Describe the project life cycle model that is used in the organizationand if one is not currently used, describe the life cycle model you plan to use and tell why it is appropriate.
