Each learner will prepare a 710-page (excluding cover page, reference page, and/or any pictures or diagrams) research paper or a PowerPoint Presentation (15-20 slides excluding cover page and reference page) on a CISR issue of their choice (national, regional, SLTT, sector, or international focus). Please note if you choose to presentation (PowerPoint Slides), all required information and descriptions are needed in the slides. You are free to choose a topic to discuss strategies or policies or techniques to deal with a CISR issue.
I suggest that you pick one which was difficult to resolve or even was not resolved. The reason of choosing such topics is to give you the opportunity to express your views. Please review the respective chapters in your textbooks and other materials used in your earlier assignments/ forums, etc., to understand the details of the items. Utilize the materials from these books as well.

Guidelines:
The paper should be completed using the following organizational format:
(This is a required component for APA Format). Provide headings and subheadings for each segment. (Please note no strategy/technique/way is 100% full proof).
You will be graded by these segments separated by headings/subheadings and paragraphs. I will not find them out if embedded or hidden in other segments. This important. If I do not see a segment with the heading, you will receive a zero in that segment.
In each segment, you provide a thought of yourself and support it with scholarly resources (e.g., articles, research notes, books, etc.). Use citations for each segment following APA.
You may use “First.., Second…,Third…, etc.” to elaborate on the summary of your paper. Finally, you make a comment on whether all these points supported your thesis which you had mentioned in Intro. (This is a required component for APA Format). (This is a required component for APA Format).
The work will run through SafeAssign. Your work cannot exceed 25% of the similarity score. Please review the Plagiarism policy of the ECSU. Remember, mere quotes after quotes are not acceptable if you do not provide your interpretations of the quotes. Your work will be graded based on each segment, intro, conclusion, grammar/writing style, citations, and references. These items are included in rubrics.
