MY TOPIC IS GUEST’S RIGHTS WHICH IS CHAPTER 10 IN THE PDF OF THE TEXTBOOK I have attached both the textbook and the outline of chapter 10. There needs to be sources for the cases.
1. Must be 4-5 pages double spaced.
2. You must discuss a minimum of two cases not covered in class and I also suggest a third case or an article(s) on your topic; however, it is quality and not quantity.
3. General format is a 1-2 paragraph intro to the topic, discussion of cases for around 3 pages or so, and a 1-2 paragraph “wrap-up” or your observations on the topic at the very end.
4. Any articles, books, or other sources you reviewed and/or discussed in the paper need to be footnoted and identified/cited at the end of the paper.
5. Do not use cases covered in class; you can find a few cases that we did not cover in the textbook, or by using Google (Google/scholar is one source), or you can use cases that are mentioned in the cases that we covered in class – these must be reported decisions and not simply cases in the news that have been filed recently. (However, you can reference a new case recently filed as part of the paper, but not as a main case.)
6. please include the name of any case you discuss and the court where the case was filed and/or decided.
