For your final project, you need to create a presentation about your experiences in your small group. Your presentation can either be recorded through a video of you talking with a PowerPoint presentation shown in the video or through a PowerPoint presentation with your voiceover recorded. You can find instructions for how to record a voiceover through PowerPoint on the internet.
Your presentations need to meet the following content requirements:
Briefly describe the nature of the group in which you participated.
What were your roles in the group?
How did your personality/communication traits and other group members personalities/communication traits affect the dynamics and effectiveness of the group?
How did your perception of the group change as you continued to participate in your group throughout the semester?
How did learning about small group communication help you interact and understand your group?
Share your conclusions about small group communication and working in small groups.
Requirements to earn 100 points for this assignment:
5-6 minute video/PowerPoint presentation
Presentation must be uploaded in Blackboard.
You must include responses to the 6 requirements listed above.
50 points are earned by completing the instructions and by thoughtfully answering the questions as posed. You are expected to show evidence of thoughtful application of the theory/ideas/concepts learned through your reading and the information from Blackboar. You will need to also include the criteria outlined in the Written Online Assignment Criteria.
