Research Question: How beneficial is assessed and supported year in employment performance of newly qualified social workers?
There are two sections to the assignment which is:
a)
Write an Introduction and brief Literature review based on the research question above.

What is already known about it and what the knowledge gaps are.
b)
Discuss how your knowledge of research methods and skills helps to critically evaluate research for evidence-based practice (2,000 words). What makes a good research.

What were they and how were they addressed? What is your opinion of the considerations
and actions taken to address them? Whose ethical approval was given?
Challenges and Limitations
Are any difficulties, challenges or limitations acknowledged and presented openly and
honestly? Are there any issues you have identified that are not addressed?
4. Findings
How do the findings add to knowledge about the research question? Have any hypotheses
been upheld or discounted?
5.Conclusion
Are the conclusions valid in terms of the research question?
