In addition to Roys book on the Bernal library dispute, you must use at least two other
readings and one non-reading learning experience that are part of the curriculum for this
class
Requirement: Make justice and power central to your analysis, not the story of the library
dispute and intervention. The paper is about justice and power issues in mediation and you
are just using the Bernal case as an example so you can discuss justice and power in
EPPDR. The is not a case study paper. In other words, you are analyzing justice and power
dynamics in the mediation process and thinking about the different approaches that can, have,
and are recommended to be taken by mediators and using those ideas to examine what did occur
in the Bernal case. Do this rather than focusing on describing the Bernal conflict.
