I am attaching three files. One is the proposal I submitted and was already graded (72/100). The other is the feedback from the teacher (Please read the feedback carefully, especially the “Bullet Points to Consider”.

They prefer real academic text references rather than the web, no wikipedia. From university libraries or real textbooks/journals from the web are OK. The assignment shows clearly the instructions, kindly follow as they request. I really need to have a writer with familiarity of the topic and the field of Education.
