Select at least one ethical issue faced by either defense attorneys, prosecutors, or judges. (That is, pick one or more ethical issues for one legal profession.) Define the ethical issue(s), the conditions that enable the ethical issue to exist, and ways to resolve the ethical issue. Clearly state which ethical system you are using to resolve the ethical issue. Cite your text, lecture, or outside sources.

For your follow up post, respond to the student and apply a different ethical system to the ethical issue the student selected or apply the students ethical system to a different ethical issue. Cite your text, lecture, or outside sources.
