Elms College has established a committee to study the feasibility of constructing an enhanced recreational center for students, faculty, and staff. For your submission, do the following: Imagine you are a member of the committee. Develop a recommendation and prepare a short report that will go to the president of the college for consideration. Remember, short reports focus on the bodyproblem, method, findings, and conclusion. Your short report should include the following:
Introduction
What are you studying and why? (Statement of the Problem)
Provide additional background information about the college that may be pertinent (for example, the equipment/resources that are already available ini the current fitness center).

Explain the method(s) used to solve the problem.

What did the data (from the survey) reveal related to your original goals?
Be sure to include at least two visuals/graphics to display pertinent survey results.
Consider what other further research may be useful and why.
Conclusion
State your recommendation and justify it by restating the important findings from your research. You should answer these questions: Should the college enhance/update the fitness center (why or why not)? What additional equipment should be considered? What should the cost of membership be?
Please approach this report with the viewpoint that we are in “normal” times and not in the middle of a pandemic. You don’t need to add those additional considerations into your paper.
Your short report should be 2 pages (including appropriately sized graphics). Part of your grade will be based on grammar and spelling, so be sure to proofread your report. Use the standard Times New Roman size 12 font, one inch margins, and include headings to distinguish the different parts of your report. Upload your file as a Word or PDF document.
