Submit your Article Critique here (including recordings if applicable). This also includes any supplementary material you would like to include.
You will be required to provide a written critique (750-1,000 words; 12-point font; double-
spaced; Times New Roman) while also making connections to theories and concepts discussed in
class. Additionally, your paper should include a summary of the contributions your article makes
to the field of Organizational Psychology and the practical implications of the research (i.e., why
is it important? Why should we care? What is the impact on different stakeholders? etc.)
The goal is to take what you have learned during the course and explore it in empirical work that is interesting and applicable to you and your peers. You will also give a brief professional presentation on your article.
Your presentation should take approximately 5 minutes (no more than this). Focus on talking about the key points from the article you chose. Specifically, you may use the following structure as a guide in presenting your article:
What was the purpose of the article?
Why is it important for us to know this?
What did the researchers find?
Were there any notable limitations?
Explain how the findings can be applied in an organizational setting?
