Explain why a paper should focus on the issue of funding for disaster recovery efforts. My purpose in this research is to try and make sure that funds and resources are fairly distributed among communities when we have funds and other resources to distribute. In my research, I want to use graphs and other measures to show different funding distributions. I am doing this all with the goal of promoting fairness among disaster stricken communities. Also, I attached an outline that the paper should follow.

The main text typically follows an Introduction- Body Paragraphs – Conclusion structure. Build on the content and framework developed in the outline I attached.

The text should follow these formatting guidelines:

have 1 inch margins on all sides
in 12-point font, Times New Roman or Times
double-spaced, 6 pages long, not including title page, abstract, and references
4) References

At the end of the paper, include a list of all references cited in the text of your paper using APA format. Note that sources cited in the text should appear in the reference list and vice versa.The references list must:

include a minimum of 3 peer-reviewed journal articles (books/book chapters, conference proceedings, government documents, newspaper articles, and other types of publications may be included, but will not count toward the minimum requirement)
exclude random .coms, .nets, and etc., that are not credible online sources; the use of Wikipedia in general is highly discouraged
