Study the impacts covid-19 has had on the US economy. Primary questions that need answered are: 1) what impact has covid had on US unemployment rates? 2) how much has it cost our economy already, and what might the overall financial cost be by the time it’s over? (Harvard predicts $16 trillion); 3) will the vaccine help the economy recover? Global impacts should be factored in as well when appropriate (e.g. – if a poorer country is not given access to the vaccines, their economy will suffer which in turn could have major effects on the global economy). The shutdown in 2020 would be a great thing to reference in 1) and/or 2). It could also be a topic all on its own between topics 2) and 3): what was the economic cost of the shutdown in 2020, and was it worth it? Did it actually work to slow the spread of covid? etc.
i am uploading the requirements/criteria for the assignment as a pdf file, but some of the instructions can be disregarded, such as:

I edited the PDF with the requirements so it will be easy to see what is needed and what is not. i am also attaching a Word doc containing my original proposal, but it should only be considered as a rough guideline. it was fairly informal and was literally only worth one point.
