This semester you have studied many different philosophers and many different philosophical ideas. I hope you have leaned many new ideas. I sincerely hope you have had many headaches as you thought about the issues raised by these thinkers because then I know I have done my job!

I want you to write a 500 word essay clearly explaining which idea you studied that you think offered the most interesting perspective. Explain what the perspective is and why it was interesting to you. Use an idea and not a thinker and use no quotes or outside sources for this essay. You may not use Socrates’ method of questioning or any issue we already discussed in any other assignments.

Note: I am giving you a longer period to do this essay so that you can do it well. Seek help if you need it and proofread your work. Use proper format and double spacing.
