The purpose of this assignment is to create a business plan to open a indoor/outdoor dog park with a cafe and ice cream stand located inside. The new business that we are creating is going to be developed near the 53207 (near Milwaukee, WI airport) zip code and should be considered when completing some of the work.
I have attached the requirements that are required to be included with the business plan. This is the second part of the business plan. I have also attached the first part of the business plan for the writer to build off of. Please don’t only define the sections but address how it pertains to the business we are creating.
It should also be noted that this business plan will be presented to a bank representative for assistance in grading of the paper.
