Paper Topic: Do the ends justify the means?
In this short paper I want you to address the age old adage: does the ends justifies the means? Is it ever right to support terrorist organizations and the killing of innocent civilians to advance American strategic interests? There is no right answer but do not labor under the illusion there are “nice” terrorist groups that only kill the bad people. If you answer yes, will you accord the same privilege to other nation-states in the world?
