Pay special attention to health of children and other vulnerable people
Promote health not only by providing info and advice, but also with programs to help people overcome addictions & other unhealthy behaviors
Aim to ensure it is easy for people to lead healthy life, for example by providing convenient & safe opportunities for exercise
Ensure people have appropriate access to medical services
