Proposed inpatient collaborative management and nursing therapeutics. -Collaborative management including treatment (procedures, complementary, and alternative therapies, nursing care including nursing diagnoses, patient teaching, priority nursing diagnosis and outcome). Include current best practices (use of Practice Guidelines; Research/Evidence Based Practice). -Medications: indication, dose, frequency, intended result, major side effects, and patient teaching. -Diagnostic Tests: present as result reflecting acute illness (example: chest x-ray on patient with pneumonia would show “LLL infiltrate”). -Interventions: IV (type, fluid, rate, rationale), indwelling catheters, tubes, oxygen, etc. -Family information: provide more detailed information regarding patient and family background that might influence individualized plan of care.
