Write a research paper explaining how to find evidence that the speaker did not go over or use.

After completing a quality improvement proposal, you will summarize your clinical problem and develop a narrated presentation (voice-over PowerPoint). No more than ten slides (excluding title and reference list slides). Your slides should not be busy. The narrated slide deck should highlight the importance of addressing the clinical problem and integrating healthcare informatics. Review the grading rubric before uploading your assignment. Rubric attached below, Q&I improvement paper in attached files. Please add speaker notes Rubric Quality Improvement-PowerPoint Presentation Quality Improvement-PowerPoint Presentation Criteria Ratings Pts This criterion is linked to a Learning OutcomePresentation/Content 40 to >35.0 pts Exemplary Presentation content shows a thorough understanding of quality improvement and informatics and its importance to practice. The substantive research effort is evident in locating relevant information and facts. Content is clear and presented in a logical way. All required elements are included, and sources are properly cited (APA 7th ed.) 35 to >31.0 pts Accomplished Presentation content shows an adequate understanding of quality improvement and informatics. Speaks in generalities regarding the importance of practice. Some research effort is evident in locating relevant information and facts. Content is mostly accurate and reasonably organized. May contain some inconsistencies in content or some connections made may not be supported. Required elements are included and sources are properly cited (APA 7th ed.) for the most part. 31 to >27.0 pts Developing Presentation content shows a general understanding of quality improvement and informatics. Little mention of the practice. There is limited evidence of research in locating relevant information and facts and/or supporting statements made. Content contains some inaccuracies, inconsistencies, misinterpretations, and/or somewhat unclear. A required element may be missing and/or some sources may be improperly cited (APA 7th ed.) 27 to >0 pts Unsatisfactory-Beginning Presentation content shows a lack of understanding of quality improvement and informatics. No mention of the practice. There is inadequate evidence of research and insufficient relevant information and facts. Content is confusing and/or contains frequent inaccuracies. Required elements are missing and/or randomly organized. Sources if included, generally lack proper citation format (APA 7th ed.) 40 pts This criterion is linked to a Learning OutcomePresentation/Quality Improvement 30 to >25.0 pts Exemplary Presentation content includes the clinical practice problem, innovative quality improvement project and the use of health informatics. 25 to >21.0 pts Accomplished Presentation content includes the clinical practice problem and innovative quality improvement. No mention of health informatics. 21 to >17.0 pts Developing Presentation content lacks substantive information to address quality improvement and health informatics. 17 to >0 pts Unsatisfactory-Beginning The presentation content is not relevant to quality improvement and health informatics. 30 pts This criterion is linked to a Learning OutcomePresentation/Design 10 to >9.0 pts Exemplary Slides are visually well designed, aesthetically pleasing with appropriate white space, visuals, and minimal text, on each slide. Color and animations are used judiciously—theme (e.g., the template is evident throughout to produce a highly cohesive presentation. Basically free from errors (grammar, punctuation, spelling, formatting, etc.) on the slides. 9 to >7.0 pts Accomplished Slides are effectively designed, with visual appeal including white space, visuals, and minimal text for the most part. Color and animations are used appropriately. The theme (e.g., the template) is evident in the presentation for the most part to produce a cohesive presentation and/or minor errors (grammar, punctuation, spelling, formatting, etc.) on the slides. 7 to >0.0 pts Developing Slides generally include a mix of white space, visuals, and/or text but not consistently and/or some overuse or inappropriate use of color or animations. Theme (e.g., template) is not consistently evident throughout the presentation and/or some errors (grammar, punctuation, spelling, formatting, etc.) on the slides. 0 pts Unsatisfactory-Beginning Slides generally lack visual appeal and are text-heavy with little or no visuals and/or exhibit an overuse of color or animations. Media (e.g., images), if used, are rarely cited on each slide. No theme is evident, and the presentation appears disjointed rather than unified and/or frequent errors (grammar, punctuation, spelling, formatting, etc.) on the slides. 10 pts This criterion is linked to a Learning OutcomeTimeliness* and Length of Presentation 10 to >0.0 pts Exemplary Presentation is completed by the deadline and meets the required length (10 slides). 0 pts Unsatisfactory-Beginning Presentation is completed after the deadline and/or substantially lacks/exceeds the required length. 10 pts This criterion is linked to a Learning OutcomeOral Presentation (e.g. voice over power point) 10 to >9.0 pts Exemplary The narrated slides by the presenter are loud and clear. The presentation reflects adequate practice prior to presenting and segues from one slide to the next. 9 to >7.0 pts Accomplished Occasional pause; the sound is not clear. The presentation reflects some practice. 7 to >0.0 pts Developing Reads word for word from slides. Speech is hard to hear; pace too slow or too fast. The presenter needed more practice. 0 pts Unsatisfactory-Beginning The presenter’s voice is low and not clear; evidence that the presenter did not review or practice. 10 pts Total Points: 100
