2. Based on "What is Systemic Racism?" and "Civilize Them With a Stick," write a 500+ word essay. In your essay
a. Describe the three main components of systemic racism (according to the article you read), but be sure to use your own words (no direct quotes). Be sure to include the part where Bonilla-Silva describes it: First…Second…Finally.
b. Were the Native American boarding schools part of systemic racism? Explain, using examples from the article you read. Be sure to apply each of the main components of the concept of systemic racism from Bonilla-Silva's article in your discussion.
