For this assignment, you will create a SWOT analysis spreadsheet to determine how best to solve operational decisions.
It is a template, it is not an actual SWOT analysis of any government, company, department within a company etc. It is a template. It is intended to be a working template that an analyst could use, with the instructions that are included in the template, to perform a SWOT analysis on the items of interest.
It should also contain detailed instructions for use of the SWOT analysis in an actual corporate decision-making setting. Assume that this template will become standard work within one or more departments and that the users will not have the benefit of record nor live training. Without explicit instructions for its use, it is worthless, and the grade earncixed will be commensurate with that fact.
