Then, come to this discussion prepared to share relevant examples from your experiences related to organizational culture in a nonprofit organization that you were involved in or one that you read about online. Describe the organizational culture in your situation or agency, and explain how this type of culture could impact service delivery in the nonprofit environment.
Do you think the organizational culture from your own example could occur in the for-profit environment? Why or why not?
