Writer’s Choice, however the topic has to align with the Literacy Level of the Cohort

No sources to be cited as all activities and exercises to support the learning must be original, along with all Appendixes, i.e. Handouts.

The Writer’s choice of Theme>Topic>Task must inform the learning goals and objectives, which inform all stages and tasks of the lesson plan, with appendixes supporting the Plan. I apologize as I know the writer is aware of this, I have so many other papers due right now, my brain seems in overdrive!

I include a link to the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB), which is the guide that assigns a literacy level to all new English Language Learners. The levels are from 1 (no language ability) to 12 (university level). The literacy level (CLB Level) assigned to each learner determines the correct language level class for their learning ability.

My lesson plan is being written for adults at a CLB-5 level. The lesson plan and all its activities, goals, objectives, final product, appendixes, etc., must all align with the Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening abilities of the CLB-5 level. If there is anything out of alignment, the Professor will note it as she is an expert on the CLB. Each infraction will have points deducted. Each activity, opening/closing exercise, teacher instruction, etc., must have a time assigned to each stage, with the total being 90 minutes exactly. She will add it up, and it has to be realistic.

Attachments:
1. Assignment Outline for the Lesson Plan
2.Two sample lesson plans to serve as a guide. One lesson plan is for more advanced learners assessed at a level of CLB-7. The second is for early beginners at CLB-3.
2. Copy of the grading rubric.

I include a link to the CLB as a reference:

https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/pub/language-benchmarks.pdf

It takes a bit of navigation to find the full description of each language ability as different sections of the CLB defines it from a general overview of each ability to exact details .

I do not expect my paper to be at a perfect A+ level. It is strange to me for a paper with no error whatsoever. Grade A is acceptable.

If clarification is required on any matter, please contact me.
