Write your own code of ethics/values (“philosophy of practice”) that describe how you intend to practice in the field. You can draw from the BACB’s Code (version 2020) for inspiration, but the intent is not to replicate what exists; the intent is for you to really think about the power and responsibility entrusted unto you in this profession and how you plan to utilize that trust and power. You may use bullets, you may write “poetically,” or you may write in traditional prose. Your statement does not need to be exhaustive but should focus on the values and ideals that are most important to you
Very important: The first page will have to be the opening statement, which can be shorter but not longer than one page and the secocixnd page has to be the code of values
