The draft must be a minimum of seven pages plus a Works Cited page(s). The body of your draft will be based on your Synthesis assignment and should be approximately five pages long.
Read Chapter 11 about writing Introductions and Conclusions and begin the draft with one of the types of introductions (see pages 314 – 321). Finally, write your conclusion using one of the five concluding strategies (pages 334 – 339). Use the MLA format guide on pages 457-460 in the course textbook when citing your sources in-text (after quotes and paraphrases) and for your Works Cited page(s). Use the annotated student Researched Argument on pages 267-278 as a model for your own draft. Submit your draft as a file upload.
