DETAILS: Situation – You are well aware you will be required to deliver a project quality management plan template to LSDS project managers they can use to plan quality into their current and future projects as Max has mandated. Also, Tom has already informed you that you will soon be required to train the LSDS project managers about project quality management processes.

Assignment – You want to make sure the upcoming training you will deliver about project quality management processes conveys the importance of project quality management planning, and you want the importance to somehow be continually reinforced for LSDS project managers. It occurs to you that one way you could do this is to include it in the PQMP template.

In the PQMP template (located in the Course Project folder), complete Section 1.1 ORIGINS AND BENEFITS OF PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT and Section 1.2 PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN.
