Write research on the influence of gender schema in young children. Focus will be on influence of gender stereotypes on their decision-making processes in terms of play, social interactions, and identity. My belief is that kids should not have to worry about being tied to any gender stereotypes, rather simply be kids. Toys, games, children’s section at stores, etc., should not be separated by gender but left for them to decide.
