The article can be over any topic of your interest that is related to fitness and the course
Articles need to come from a journal that is less than 5 years old
Journal report should be 1-2 pages in length
Please list the source (in APA style) for the journal that you used to find the article
Articles that are online may be used only if they are part of a journal, the source must still be listed and should not be only a website address
