so in the beginning, I need to make an overview of last-mile delivery and e-commerce ( definitions, types, impact, and importance) of last-mile, then an overview of drones ( types, applications and then focus on the application of commercial drones then move to the potentials and advantage in reducing costs, increase flexibility, reduce delivery times, and increase sustainability then start talking about the concerns and challenges related to the three categories: regulation, privacy and safety, and economic.
then make a survey including people from the logistics fields to know which concerns are more important or more prioritized including sub-categories of the three categories to focus on this priority list in the result part
then in the results talk about recommended and suggested solutions for these challenges and concerns
