a. A thorough description of the film, including the subject matter, and the historical context.
b. A reasonable interpretation of the theme(s), conveying any historical topics, social thought, cultural beliefs, and/or values.
c. A comparison to the historical record (does the movie accurately reflect the time period and historical events?)
d. Overall impressions of the film.
e. Is the film historically important?
f. Overall strengths/weaknesses of the film.
