Choose two standards and the associated benchmarks. Unpack the standards and benchmarks and develop proficiency scales for them. Then develop a paper that illustrates the process needed to complete this assignment. Include 3 other sources other than the text showing the connection of proficiency scales to improved instruction. Be sure to address the connection between this procecixss and the core value of integrity.
