Future Career Goals and Action Items:
The intention of this project is to have each student think about what the next 10 years could look like in their dental career and what actions steps are necessary to accomplish their specific goals. Please complete a 10-year plan projection for after graduation by using one of the following options as a guideline. Please consider the decision tree questions provided under the below option. To complete the project, describe your individual plan in at least 3 paragraphs addressing the questions in each decision.
-At the end of the description include a list of a minimum of 5 action items displayed in bullet form needed to accomplish your career goals while in dental school.
-The intention of this assignment is to identify those action items and plan for them in advance. Once you have identified these action items feel free to seek the advisement of mentors on how best to accomplish these goals.
