When you write a chapter review, you not only summarize the content of the chapter but also, assess its strengths and weaknesses.

There will be two chapter review papers in this course. The second review assignment is for chapter 11, People of Color and Corrections. Please read the chapter and follow the guidelines.
The critical chapter review is divided into four sections: 1) summary, 2) critical evaluation 3) discussion and 4) conclusion.
When you write a chapter review, you not only summarize the content of the chapter but also, assess its strengths and weaknesses. Your critique should have two goals: first to inform the reader about the content of the chapter, and second, to provide an evaluation that gives your judgment of corrections policy and practice regarding the chapter. Please follow these instructions for the critical chapter review:
Put your name and id number on the paper and do not make a cover page;
Double-spaced, 12pt, Times and New Roman font in MS Word;
Minimum 3 page and maximum 4 page in length;
Make sub-sections (e.g., introduction, analysis, and conclusion, etc.);
Write in a narrative format, do not list;
