What was your distribution (% of calories) of protein, carbohydrate, and fat? Were you surprised by this? What should the distribution be? What do you need to change in your diet to make the distribution better?

analyze the data that I will provide. My caloric goal for the week was to lose 2lbs and not go over 1800 calories per day. I really need it in 2 hours if possible.

Write a two-page review of your findings. Please include the information below plus any other information you may want to add.

1. Did you meet your calorie goal for the week? How much were you over or under? What would happen if you stayed at that calorie level long term?

2. What was your distribution (% of calories) of protein, carbohydrate, and fat? Were you surprised by this? What should the distribution be? What do you need to change in your diet to make the distribution better? Why do you think the distribution is important? What can happen if the distribution is different from the recommended? What if the percentage of calories from fat is higher than protein and carbohydrate etc.?

3. Comment on specific nutrients, including vitamins, minerals, protein, CHO, fat, and fiber. Are you meeting your nutrient needs? What nutrients are you over or under? What foods do you need to eat to increase the deficient vitamins and minerals? Do you have any concerns about being over the recommended requirements in any of the nutrients?

4. Overall, what did you think about your diet? What foods do you need to cut back on? What food groups do you need to eat more of to meet your nutrient needs? Do you have concerns about your overall diet?

5. How was your fluid intake? Are you meeting your fluid needs? Discuss the types of drinks you consumed and whether changes should be made.

This is your report based on your seven-day intake. It is an important way for you to learn, understand, and apply the information from this course. Think of the chapters studied and use the information when writing about various nutrients, calorie intake, etc.

The report should be grammatically correct and free of errors in spelling, sentence structure, and punctuation.

Write this in a report format where you discuss in detail all the information asked. Don’t type out the above questions with answers.
