The motivation of the topic is that I notice in China, although a lot lady become boss and becoming financial independent however they can’t lead their family together with her husband to a happy and prosperous family or family business which they hope . what is the root for this situation. socially mentally , individually ? and what shall these female leaders adjust to achieve this goal? more or less like this ~
