, what are the positives and negatives regarding the company’s credit quality. Would you buy the Tesla bonds? Why or why not? Keep in mind that these articles were from several years ago, when Tesla was not nearly as financially secure as it is now.

Take a brief look at the following four companies. Look at their websites and 10-Ks. For each company, try to determine if it makes sense as an equity story or debt/credit story. In other words, based on the company’s business, would you want to own stock in it or would you want to lend money to it? (or both or neither). Please give a very brief, written explanation of why.
