What is the Impact of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) in A High Context Culture on Bank Profitability: A study of Keystone bank Nigeria.I have 60+ responses of raw data (the questionnaires were physically filled out) and the financials of each branch, THE QUESTIONNAIRES WILL NEED TO BE ENTERED INTO SPSS THIS HAS NOT BEEN DONE (60 + reposnses and 34 questions examining 2 theories, see below)
The project’s objective is to find out If the quality of leader-member exchange affects profitabillity (that’s is what the hypothesis is based on)employees filled in the survey in different bank branches. What is needed is this: by calculating the level of Leader-Member Exchange IN EACH Branch we can compare that level of Leader-Member Exchange in one branch to other branches to see if different levels of Leader-Member Exchange affect the profitability.
The Hypothesis are
H1. High level of Leader-Member Exchange, measured by the LMX coefficient, has a positive effect on the profitability of Bank branches
H2. The level of LMX, measured by the LMX coefficient, has a positive correlation with the OCB(organisational citizenship behaviour) coefficient in the bank
H3. organisational citizenship behaviour, measured by the OCB coefficient, has a positive effect on the profitability of the bank
I have attached a sample set of the questionnaire measuring LMX and OCB, which will need to be put into SPSS and the article inspired by the thesis.
