Develop a Case Study Review based on the above data. You will note that you have data for the first two areas of the Case Study Template. Utilize questions a, b, and c below as you address the assessment component. Utilize questions d and e below as you develop the recommendations.
Prepare to discuss the following prompts:
What focused assessments would you perform on Christopher? What cues are you looking for and why? (Utilize at least one scholarly reference for rationale.)
What problems would you deduce? What do you believe is happening to Christopher? How severe are the problems? (Prioritize according to labels on page 5 of the text.)
After completing steps 1-5 above, continue with the following:

Write an initial response to the discussion prompts in the table format and post it to the discussion forum by the end of the fourth day. A scientific rationale must be cited in the scientific rationale column.Utilizing NANDA diagnostic labels, identify 3 nursing diagnoses.
Based on the data, develop 3 goals. (Goals must be SMART.)
What recommendations do you have? What are some probable interventions you would recommend based upon the assessment data and goals? Define the assessment data and evidence-based prior knowledge upon which you are basing your recommendations. (You must have at least 3 recommendations and use at least 2 scholarly references.)
Research and select at least two current scholarly sources to support your explanations and insights. OCLS resources are preferred sources and can be accessed through IWU Resources. Wikipedia is not permitted, as it is not a peer-reviewed, scholarly source.
Whether written or spoken, interactions are expected to:
clearly and thoroughly address the prompt with meaningful information that shows critical thinking.
introduce your own ideas and questions to add greater depth to the discussion, rather than restating what your classmates have shared. (Include much more than Great post, or I agree.)
refer to relevant course concepts as you discuss your learning together.
develop insightful conversation by directly addressing your classmates’ ideas.
demonstrate professionalism.
