3. Imagine you are a Director of IT at a large manufactoring company. All of the company’s data is stored on In-house servers that are 10 years old. Your senior technical team member informs you that an Operating System change will require complicated upgrades to all servers and will cost a significant amount of money. Not upgrading or migrating to a new server system will cause a loss of data and the closure of plant operations. You are considering recommending to the CTO that instead of upgrading the In-house servers, the company should migrate to a Cloud service provider. How would you propose this recommendation to your boss and what justifications would you provide?
