Write an analysis detailing your perspective on what you believe are the problems with the situation as detailed in the stories regarding lobbying activity in Indiana.

This is important: Find one other state to compare Indiana’s lobbying activity with and make an argument as to which state does it better and why.

And/or 2. Review the story cited in the slide deck regarding the new ethics code that was released by the U.S. Supreme Court earlier in the month.

Write an analysis detailing your perspective on how successful this new code will be to address the controversial behaviors of current members of the court.
