The main goal of this secondary research study is to look for credible news reports from the Internet, databases etc. and gather information on how COVID 19 is changing the way businesses operate as well as the way consumers behave.
Based on your secondary data findings, answer the questions:
1) a) Choose three industries (other than education) which faced major disruptions in past year because of COVID-19. Describe in detail the disruptions these industries faced
1) b) Within these industries choose 1 company each which managed to navigate the pandemic disruptions successfully. Describe what these companies did to be successful.
