CRM is a powerful tool that tracks and manages past, present, and future messages. CRM can connect the organization with consumers, streamline processes, and help manage relationships throughout the process. Organizations that successfully leverage CRM are positioned for success. Those that do not may get lost in the sea of competition as other organizations build authentic, consistent relationships with potential customers.

-What aspect of CRM implementation do you see as the most common error that businesses make that they should avoid?
-Reflect on a time you had an ineffective CRM experience and share how it felt, and what actions you took afterwards. Did you tell others? Did you unsubscribe, stop text messages, or stop engaging with the organization?

-For the time that I had an ineffective experience is when I stumbled upon a website I was potentially interested in and it asked me to put my email in for an additional discount, but there was no additional discount when you put the code in. The items were supposedly on sale, but you stumbled upon the items on Amazon and saw it was much cheaper than the site.
