For this assignment, imagine you have just accepted a leadership position in an organization you have long wanted to be part of. You can choose any existing organization. A small company, a large corporation, a non-profit entity, a club or team, etc. The organization hires you to come in because its performance has been worsening, and you are identified as a leader who can influence culture change. You are given the authority to do whatever you need to do to improve performance and establish a flourishing culture. Remember, you are simulating that you join an existing organization for the purpose of changing its culture in order to improve its performance. Be thorough in explaining the organization of choice and its current status.

It is your turn to change the culture. Be sure to include in your presentation the following:
1. What aspect of the organizations founding principles are still evident?
2. Are there aspects of the existing organizational culture you can maintain successfully?
3. What type of culture do you want to adopt?
4. How will you change the culture? Implement a specific plan.
5. How will you communicate the new expectations? Explain the communication strategy.
6. What will you do to reinforce the desired culture norms?
7. How will the organization reinforce a culture of inclusion, but with being less consensus-oriented?
8. How will success be measured?
