What are the Current problems and challenges that effect the business performance of the organization/company

The research project is the masterpiece of the course. You are required to adopt a case study
approach for the project. Please refer to the detailed guideline at the end of the syllabus for how
to write a case study. The focal point of the research project should be What, Why and How
you see, as a business manager, that the business information technology and systems where you
work/worked for need to be improved/changed to power the business competition. Please pick a topic from the tentative list attached.
The case study may contain the following sections:
Background information on the organization/company and the information technology
and systems that form the basis of the case study
What are the Current problems and challenges that effect the business performance of the
organization/company
Roots of the problems
Solutions to the problems
Conclusion and recommendation
For your reference, a case study sample is posted in the Blackboard class. The sample is for your
reference only. You dont have to follow the writing style of the sample.
