What are some of the strategies that are mentioned in your textbook and through your research that will cause behavior to change? Are certain behaviors more difficult to change than others? Explain. Define what behavior modification is and give examples. Answer the questions in a 1 to 2 page paper citing your 3 outside sources at the end of your paper. In addition, read over the negative behaviors listed below. Choose three of the behaviors and explain how you would go about changing that behavior into a more positive behavior.
